These terms apply when you use the Bathroom Match website and enquiry service.
About our service
Bathroom Match is a free, nationwide independent matching service. We do not design, supply, repair or install bathrooms, and we do not provide quotations ourselves. We use your enquiry to look for suitable independent local bathroom fitters. For complete renovations, we may also connect you with suitable bathroom showrooms.
Enquiries and matches
Submitting an enquiry is free and places you under no obligation. We share an enquiry with no more than two relevant bathroom professionals. The number of matches depends on suitable availability for the job and area, and we cannot guarantee two matches or any outcome.
Your relationship with professionals
Any agreement, contract, payment, workmanship or warranty is between you and the fitter or showroom you choose. Bathroom Match is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for work carried out, quoted prices or timescales.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate details in your enquiry, and use the enquiry form only for genuine bathroom project enquiries. We may decline or remove enquiries that appear to be misused.
